On day 1 of the contract, Visual Connections had the proper IT resources needed to facilitate the development and implementation of the seven major releases. VC was instrumental in this achievement. Our Government client, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), was very pleased with our ability to stand up the application in almost record time. The overall quality of the releases was exemplary.
